Kelly Bensimon is not the first Real Housewives of New York to pose nude, though. Bethanny Frankel did a nude photo ad for PETA as part of their “I’d Rather Go Naked” anti-fur campagn.

Though Bensimon is the first “Real Housewife” to pose for Playboy, she isn’t the first to drop trou.
